Ok so I hear this P90X dvd's are a great work out to get back in shape in 90 days. So I decided to give it a try, I log on to there web site, read all about it and then I was directed to the check out page(The Page of ripoff). So i was going through my order and I check the p90x tapes and hit next and it took me to a page where it ask me did i want the chin up bar, bands, vitaims, and a protein shake. I press no. Then the next page was asked me did i want the chin up bar and just the rope bands. So i click yes on that. then it brings me to the next page asking did i want the online coach and peer group. i click no to that. Keeping in mind i havent hit one sumbit order button yet. After i get through all that up selling pages. It asked did i want to submit my sale and I click yes ( biggest mistake of my life).

So a couple days later i check my email and i have 3 new messages telling me that 3 orders of p90x are on the way. Im thinking to myself that cant be right. So i look at each order and the first order was just for p90x the second order was for p90x and the chinup bar and the third order was all the extra add ons that they offered. Me being very concern about my cc i called beachbody customer care( which is base of people from India but with american names. they try to hide there accents but you can tell if you listen closely). Anyways I talk "David" but pretty sure that was not his real name. and he said i see where we put in 3 orders im sorry i will cancel two of those. I told him thank you and hung up. I thought it was over. WRONG!!

A week later my card was charge again for the second order. I called back and talk to "Sara"(Im sure) who said sorry about that but we cant cancel your order because it has already been ship out. I said okay give me the tracking number. She gave it to me i went to ups.com and look it up and said there was no record of that tracking number. So i told her that the order was not shipout yet and to cancel that order, she told me it was( i guess still being in the beachbody warehouse means its being ship) then she told me when i get it( keeping in mind its been 8 days and i havent still receive my first package) to just return it back. I said wil i get charge to ship it back she said yea. And i ask her why. Its not my fault that your rep lied to me that he told me that he cancel those two orders. then she replied that well when you return it we will credit you for your pruchase, then i said will i get credit for the return shipping, she then stated and i qoute "we will talk about it when we get the package."

The thing that gets me is that they say dont have the authority to give credits. How are they suppose to give me a credit on my credit card then?
