I got ripped off for over $7000. One excuse Patrica Anderson used was that her son got killed in a horse riding accident. I allowed for extra time, then I got an e-mail that said they went bankrupt and would need to deal with their lawyers but no response from any lawyers. I also tried different avenues with Ca. attorney and others but no response there either. No one in Ca. has heard of any bankrupt filling as of yet. She difinetly needs to be caught and jailed.

Attorney Generals

I was promised a refund from August through December by Patricia Anderson and then received her "bankruptcy" email. I have had reports filed with the MN, CA and TN Attorney Generals offices with no luck regarding their responses. MN just gave up because she wouldn't answer their letters, TN sent me a letter asking if this matter was resolved but haven't heard anything since I sent it back stating the current status of this situation and CA just says they can't comment on whether there may or may not be an investigation being done. I am at a point where I have tried to find out what jurisdiction to even file a civil suit in but to no avail (yet). Any suggestions? I would love to get her - she has stolen from many people and I am sure the amounts well exceed any requirements for grand theft as well as federal jurisdictions since she has committed fraud, theft by swindle and theft. Please feel free to contact me with any feedback as to further actions to be taken.
