I ordered a trial size of Beau Derma & Revitaeye online for $4.95 shipping & handling. Initially I was cocerned because I only wanted one item, not both, and the website forces you to confirm your order and all of a sudden you see a charge of $10.70 instead of $4.95. Well the product arrives and I start using it and wind up with 1st degree burns under my eyes. I call the number in the email shipping confirmation I recieved and was offered to keep the product for a variety of different prices. This is when I realized it was a scam. I finally got them to give me a return address yet they refused to refund my money or pay for return shipping. Since I had two products I called back to get another "RMA" number and the rep who answered the phone started off saying I had the wrong number! I had to tell her I just spoke with a different rep who gave me an RMA number to get her to acknolwedge I had the right number and then she too, offered I keep the product, yet for a higher price than the first rep offered. I finally got her to give me an RMA number too but she closed out the call stating I had to return the product by a specific date. I plan on notifying everyone about this. State Attorney General +++. This is outrageous. I have 1st degree BURNS on my face now.
