I received the pop up either on my email server or Facebook, don't remember which. Offer was to receive eye firmer and skin firmer for just paying the shipping. No mention of recurring shipments, or return of what was sent. Found out soon thereafter that they charged my credit card almost $90.00 for each item. Called the number found online and got only a recording to cancel my order, which I did, and was told, again via computer voice that I'd receive no more product. No way to try to get a Return Authorization or my money back. One number I called turned out to be TonaDerm, and they didn't recognize the products, which I think is a lie because they all appear to be the same company. Products don't do as marketed. Skin cream smells awful. Eye gel is probably nothing more than aloe. Still trying to send stuff back. May just bite the bullet - ship it to the return address on the package along with a note to refund what they charged.

And then why on earth was there no packing slip with the products, or any information about how to go about returning or cancelling and why on earth was there no way to do so w/the phone system except to cancel. You folks had it planned right.

No the problem is that YOU DID NOT READ what you were agreeing to!! When YOU entered YOUR payment information you clicked the "Agree" tab, when YOU did that YOU gave them 100% access to your account if YOU did not cancel with in 14 days of ORDERING said product. YOU did this to yourself, THEY are ONLY doing what YOU told THEM YOU agreed to and NOTHING MORE!! I would suggest that in the future you READ what YOU are agreeing to.
