Beau Derma Revita Eye Misleading Trial Offer & Inferior Product Santa Ana California

I ordered a trial size of Beau Derma & Revitaeye online for $4.95 shipping & handling. I received the items

in 5 days.

On the 4th day after trying the products, my eyes started itching, burning & running, along with red patches

on my face. I quit using the product and tried to find a number to cancel and send the products back.  By the

time I found a correct number, I was charged $85.95 for the Revitaeye & $89.95 for Beau Derma. I called

the number I had, cancelled any furher shipments and tried to talk to someone on the phone about sending

the products back.  The message on the phone said, "Your shipments have cancelled" and wouldn't let me

do anything else with the call.

The container for the Beau Derma wasn't like the one I received. The one I received was a clear container

with a white lid, no label or anything on the container. The one I had seen had Beau Derma Anti Wrinkle Face Serum written on a blue jar, with a siver lid. the Revitaeye was in a pump bottle with a purple label with the

ingredients listed in hard to read writing.

I have ordered items online before, but have never had the trouble I am having with Beau Derma Co.  The

trial offer was from the day the product was mailed, not giving a trial of the actual product for the trial
