After watching a video featuring Dr. Oz, I clicked on a form to receive a "free" sample of Beauderma and Revita Eye for $4.95 shipping for each product.  My bank card was charged $94.90 for Beauderma and $91.90 for RevitaEye, not the shipping charged.  This month, February, I recieved a shipment of both for $89.95.    

This is a complete scam.  My banking account is out almost $200.00 for worthless products and Revita Eye broke me out. Both products came without any information regarding cost or how to cancel or return products.

My Bank will be notified not to honor any other charges from this company.

beauderma revitaeye I availed for their promotional offer for $4.95 & $5.95 more or less, free shipping. I received the samples and the amountwas deducted in my account. Later, I was billed $85.89. I filed a dispute claim, filed a dispute. The amount returned to my account. Now, they are. rebilling me the said amount. I don't get it. Internet

BeauDerma/RevitaEye, CAUS Free 14 day trial of BeauDerma/RevitaEye claimed it was free pay shipping only and didn't state it was an automatic shipment deal. Less than 14 days, charged my card full amount for each item. When I called, it was automated, stated the order had been shipped on the 22nd and I could cancel future shipments by pushing #1, then offered a one-time discounted shipment at 50% off or just cancel, so I cancelled.  CAUS

It is likely you are her because you were dooped out of $85.95 from Revita Eye and was told the charges were final and to suck it up by customer service reps Amber and Beya? I was just like you, was offered a trial size and BAM! later seen this ridiculous amount charged on my card statement. I hurried and cancelled this ineffective product and then hurried and cancelled the tag along product that is also offered as it is supposed to work together Beau Derma! Now I can say that while Revita Eye, where the customer service rep tries to change her name but cant change that thick foreign accent, the rep for BD whose name is Jake id#1111762 did try to appease the situation and offered to charge me only $14.71 for the product which is reasonable- verses 4x's the amount of $89.00. I accepted this offer because customer service goes along way and he was not rude and nasty as Revita Eye. I sure hope that a lawyer sees this and contacts eveyone on this list and file a class action lawsuit against these predators. What a waste of money but I must say, I paid the price for invaluable lesson. Never again will I buy online!! Santa Ana California

BeauDerma BeauDerma did not honor the contract, I called to cancel on the 14th day allowed but realized they had already charged my account 89.95 supposedly for the amount sent, no free trial at all. I called and they agreed to return half my money in three days, I should not have been charged at all. The body is so small that you can't even read the ingredients in the product. Revita eye BeauDerma Revita Eye makes the typical claims to reduce or eliminate wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness. They make a broader claim of firming sagging skin if used in conjunction with another product called 'Beau Derma'. Although their web site has feedback, they do not have a link to allow actual customers to leave feedback, so, apparently, thier 'feedback' is fake. The web site also does not tell you the actual cost of the product. They have a two week 'Free Trial' where they will send you the product for the cost of shipping only. The trail begins the day you place your order NOT the day you recieve it. I placed my order on July 27th and did not recieve the cream until Aug. 1st, already 5 days into the trial period! After using Revita Eye for 3 days I experienced a fairly severe allergic reaction (something that has never happened to me before, I do Not have 'sensative' skin). By the time I contacted them, I was already 9 days into the trial, even though I only had the cream 4 days. The person I talked to said I would be billed $38.95 for the cream, even though I was canceling well within the 'Free Trial' timeframe! I complained and he reduced the price to $22...so much for a Free trial! If this product ends up causing permanent damage to my skin, I will be looking for an attorney....currently my eyes are worse than before I used the cream, more wrinkles caused by severe dryness and itching, and my eyes and surrounding skin are swollen. Beau Derma did pretty much the same thing, but had a 'return' offer. I will write a separate complaint about them if they do not accept my return, and I am assuming, by their stringent rules, they WILL find a reason to claim I did not comply and bill me $89.99 for the cream anyway!
