Beaute Beute ethernal skin care took out money without my approval after i paid shipping for free product Internet

I read an artice that Joanna gaines has left her tv show for the beauty cream. it said we can try a free trial of the cream and pay shipping only so i did. after i placed my free trial i called them immediatley to cancle saying i dont even want the trial. they said i had to wait 2 weeks before cancelling.  i then saw a charge of 200 from my bank. my bank gave me back 100 but they said becuase the other 100 came from a different email that they could not help me with that one. so i called beaute and said if i am going to pay 100 for the product, then send me the bottle. He ( same guy answered the call all 5 times i called) told me the 100. went to the .05 ml trial i had received. There is no way this tiny bottle cost 100.00 ( 99.95)
