Beaute Pensolt Glim on Debit Card Rip Off and Scam Nationwide **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

I ordered the trial of the Beaute Wrinkler reducer I only had to pay 3.95 for shipping and handling.  I read all the fine print before making this purchase and know where did it say that it was a 14 day trial.  I just received a $99.95 charge to my debit card the company on the card was called (Pensolt Glim) I called the 800 number right away to see about this charge.  They do not mention the company name when you call I had to keep asking the lady I spoke to what company is this. Soon as they answer the phone they start asking questions what is your zip code, what is you email address.  When I asked her why I had the $99.95 charge on my card that when they said it was for the .5 oz tube I received that did not work.  I told them when I ordered this trial item it said I was not obligated to any purchases it did not say after 14 days you will be charged $99.95.  The lady was very rude and would NOT refund my money stating they do not do refunds. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to let me speak to a supervisor and hung up on me.  I called my bank and they are doing an investigation on this company. 

I looked at my emails from this company also there is no information in the emails other then the email they send for confirmation.  There is no address for this company nor phone number other than the one that was on my bank transaction.

I tried to pull up the site where I orered this product just to read the fine print again and I am not able to pull the site up anymore.  SCAM!!!
