 I ordered Dermatology Beauty online. The info provided was that there were two creams that needed to be used together. I received the creams and used them right away. They made my eyes burn terribly. I tried them again the next day, and the same thing happened. Three or four days after receiving the creams, I called to say that the creams didn't work for me as I was allergic to them. I talked to Emmanuelle, and it took me 15 minutes to convince her that I didn't want the products at all. She offered me discounts on the products. She tried to get me to keep just one of the creams. I finally got so frustrated that I yelled, "I am allergic to these creams and wouldn't use them if YOU paid ME!" So she said she would cancel my order. A month later I received an envelope with one of the creams. I called and talked to a man named, I think, Ricardo. I gave him the cancellation code I got from Emmanuelle. He told me that I would have had to talk to a second department to cancel the second cream!!!! I had made it clear to Emmanuelle that I didn't want either of the creams, and she didn't say ANYTHING about having to make a separate call for the second cream. After a 20-minute argument, he refused to do anything but cancel future shipments. I told him I would file a report with Visa. I did, and this scummy company said that I didn't call and cancel within the 30 days when I had the cancellation code. They are dishonest to the core.
