Beauty Care Products Beware....Ripped off buying Garcinia..they make it appear like its affiliated with Dr. Oz Fort Lauderdale Florida

 I ordered on July 11,2016 a bottle of Pure Garcinia and a bottle of Pure Green Coffee. The total cost was less than $10.00. These were promoted as samples and no where in the ad did it have written that I had 14 days to cancel or else I would be charged the full price. When I received my credit card statement, there were two unauthorized charges. One in the amount of $93.95 and the other for $93.59. I immediately called the company and spoke to Sandra. At first she didn't want me issue any refund. She attempted to blame me and said I failed to read the entire ad. I told her several times that there's no mention of this in the ad. I than informed her that I had called on July 28,2016 to cancel any future orders. She still insisted that I was not getting a refund. When I said that I was going to call the attorney generals office, both in Florida and New Jersey, she immediately issued a refund. On Sept. 8, 2016 I checked with the credit card company and was only credited for $93.59. I called back and again spoke to Sandra. At first, she was very adamant about issuing any refund. Her reason was that they were letting me keep the two bottles and there would be no further refund. I told her I would gladly return the bottles. She offered me a 35% refund and nothing more. I told her that I wanted 100% or else, once again, I would notify the attorney general. I said they were scam artists and I cannot be the only consumer having this issue. She placed me on hold and upon her return issued me the full refund. She said I have to return the two bottles back to the company. This company has several telephone numbers and the order numbers are different. The number on the paper that came in the box is totally different than the order number on my credit card statement. As added protection, I closed the credit card that I placed the original order on and my credit card company sent me a new card. Beware of this company!
