I ordered trial size products of two products O and it stated TRIAL SIZES. The cost was low less than $10 for both. I wake up today and check my account and I have been charged 89.95 for eye gel and 92.53 for skin cream. I called the 1-888-989-7510 number to have them return my money to my card. I was told that I signed up for montly charges, which I didn't. It did not even state it on the website ANYWHERE. the operator who was not even local. You could hear in the background it was a telemarketing or call center. She started by saying 35% refund to my card, then 50%, then 75%, after screaming at the top of my lungs many times she finally said ok 100% refund. Like I was bartering with her. I said look you people are scammers I want my entire amount of money back today to my account And I am reporting you to the better business bureau. 

She provided me two cancellation numbers alone with numbers, ensuring me that I was cancelled and removed from the automatic charging program. I am calling my bank also so this dosent happen again and so I do get my money back.
