I called them about this got a big run around and one agent Daniel cancled my future shipments I wanted to talk to a supervisor got another big runaround I want to get refunded asap they are not going to take me down I made several calls and got no one to help with my refund at all Las Vegas or Edson New Jersey Internet

This company advertsed two beauty creams online (internet purchases)as full sized samples for the cost of 4.95 (S&H). i read all the fine print then prceeded to order both beaute wrinkle cream and an eye cream ( which I didnt get I got a tube of serum) they arrived via mail and I thought was the end of it until my credit card got charged twice on 8/18/2017 one for 99.95 and another charge for 89.95. I immediately called them and they it those samples had to be returned in 14 days to avoid these charges and I now was apart of a monthly program where I'd get these products each month was well as be charged this horrific amount for each product!! I told them I wanted an refund to my CC imediately agent Daniel on phone said he couldn't do that only a supervisor could I told him I wanted a supervisor he said no one was available for 30 minutes I told him we will stay on the phone together till he got me a supervisor I told him off big time and eventually he hung up the phone.  I called back again and got another agent (sounded like he was from India) he told me he was a supervisor and could help me I explained the situation and he said he couldn't do a refund as the 14 day trial was over and now I had to purchase there rip off products! I screamed at him and told him off.  I made 4 phone calls and got 4 different people and didn't get no refund! They told me the the information about everything was on there website I went back and checked it out there was no information what so ever.  This is truly a scam they just start charging your credit card for the product and you did not authorize them to do so! I will continue to try hard to get me refund due to back I am going to my bank today to dipute this.  they are doing dishonest business and this must be stopped asap! You can't find a website on them not any information at all, I think they operate out of a warehouse in St George, UT I hope you guys get them out of business.  I should of personally known this was a big scam and I dont want anyone else to go thru what I have.
