This company hired another company to deliver my purchased bedroom furniture. I had a terrible experience my delivery time was changes from 2-4pm to 7-8pm and then 10pm and then I waited up for them until 1am without so much as a phone call from the driver. I must have called  his cell phone a couple dozen times because he wouldn't answer it. On the day they finally delivered it I had spoken with Dan at bedroomfurniturediscounts.com and he asked ME for the name of the company that was delivering. I gave him what the driver told me along with his bosses name and number. Dan mentioned on the phone that I should call Faisal for compensation on Monday. An hour later the delivery guy comes and sets it up and tells me that the delivery company will be paying for $450 of my order due to all of the troubles over the last 24 hours. I believed him because of the conversation I had with the furniture company and the fact thaqt Dan was calling the delivery guys boss.

Today I find out they charged my credit card full price. I have been on the phone all day with this company and they will not honor what their representative said to my husband and I in my home on the day of delivery. They will not take responsibility for hiring an incompetent delivery company. The only reason I accepted delivery was because of the nice compensation offer.
