I ordered a trial of a wrinkle cream ResDermatrol and didn't read all the fine print but assumed that I would have 14 days as stated.  turns out that they have signed you up for automatic shipments that begin 14 days after you order not when it is received.  In order to cancel you have to call, get instructions, fill out a form and return it.  They will not refund or accept any returns.  Their terms are confusing and in some cases contradictory.  They even have a warning that if you cancel your credit card payment they will charge you $75 and turn it over to debt collection services.  In order to cancel those automatic shipments you must sign that you understood and acknowledged that you agreed to recurring shipments and that all shipments are non-refundable.  Very intimidating.   Buyer beware.
