Bell Ford dishonest false promises RIP-OF COMPLETE WITH BAD ATTITUDES Scottdale, Phoenix, Arizona

My husband and I went into the the bell Ford dealership after communicating by email for a couple of weeks with thier fleet department. We live quite a distance away and it took us two hours just to get there. When we did get there they wanted to choose the car THEY wanted us to buy not the actual car we were interested in. This really upset us, we were interested in buying either an Expedition or an F150 whichever we liked best. They would not even take us over to look at them, they wanted us to look at Explorers that were pre-owned ignoring that we had set the appointment for specific vehicles over the internet that we wished to see.

Finally, they took us over to see some of the F150's they had on the pre-owned lot and we found one that we liked they worked some figures and asked that we come back another day, this was after 5 hours of them ignoring us. We got home late and tired and we recieved a phone call from them stating that non of the banks wanted to apporve us for that specific vehicle, we went through this same process about 3 times, finally they said "Oh we found a bank!" after I had to get upset with them for all of the running around I had to do. They sent us home with the F150 we had chosen and we were convinced that everything was fine, we signed the papers stating that the vehicle was now being sold to us and we gave a $2,000 down payment.

We went home and two weeks later we got a phone call from Bell Ford asking us to please bring the vehicle back that there was a mistake and that they couldn't sell the car to us after all. We were really upset and thought we had already gotten a loan for the truck and were fine, When we got there there was already another buyer offering more money down for the truck and a better deal for them they said Oops and Oh well but that was it, they gave me back my trade in DAMAGED and refused to fix it and tried to deny that the damage was done on their lot.

Well they did end up having to fix my vehicle but that wasn't it, they would not give me back my down payment I had to almost threaten them to get my $2000.00 back. It took two months to get my money back. Talk about a Rip off and a totall waste of time, I wouldn't recommend anyone go to Bell ford EVER! They are idiots that make false promises and waste your time and money, I ended up going to a different dealership and purchasing the car I wanted on the same day I went in and for a much lower price and no hassle.
