October 1/2011, a sales man from this company Jake knocked on my door, and our nightmare started.

The sales man lied to us by saying our neighbor had signed up, He is doing this to raise money for his school. he said he will give us a discount for accepting his offer, $50 dollars for one treatment and a follow up.  I gave him  my Debit Card and he charged me $50 dollars up front.

About a week later his father Bell, came to our resident, he said I'm the owner of Bell Pest Control, I'm here to spray the house, then he asked us to leave while he was spraying, I got suspicious and told him NO we are staying in the house. He sprayed in a half hazard way in about 15 minuses he was done.

A couple of days later the ants that were suppose to get rid of, are still in the kitchen. I called them up and told them, the first spray was not effective the Ants are still in the Kitchen. the receptionist told me, will send a technician to do a follow-up spray.  A week later a spray technician came over and did a follow up spray. we thanked her and she left.

I looked at my online statement and I was surprised to see a charge for $33 from Bell pest control, about 15 days later I saw another $33 charge from Bell pest Control, I called them up. I spoke to the receptionist and asked her to explain to me why there was a two $33 unauthorized charges. she proceeded to tell me that I signed a yearly Contract and I'm obligated to pay monthly service. I told her that was not the plan, and to cease charging my account immediately, her response was that I signed a Contract, I told her I never signed a contract, I only agreed on one time service only.

2 days later they sent me a past due invoice for $158 they claim it was for a cancellation fee, I emailed them and explained to them, that there was no yearly contract between us.  2 days later Crystal Bell sent me a copy of what she said was the contract.  It was filled out later with my name on it and signed by Tammy Milligan a person I did not know or signed any contract with. I only signed a receipt for my $50 payment.

On 10/17/11 I received a letter from a collection agency to pay.

I wrote this so it might help someone not to make the same mistake I did.  When someone knocks on your door and offer you any service, never accept right away, always check them out first. I learned my lesson.
