I called Bella Radiance to get my money back They told me that they had no trial offer - yet that is where I ordered the trial offer.The customer service lady said that is what I owe them for the 2 bottles they sent me.  I am out $170+.  Beware

Bella Radiance Face Cream I took advantage of trying Bella Radiance Face Cream and Eye Cream as a Trial Basis, which was to be Free except for paying the S/H costs. I did so with my Debit Card Paid $4.97 & $4.94. About a week later I received the items, however there were NO paper work what so ever included. Odessa, Basalt Florida, Colorado

Dermaglow (Bella Radiance) Said I had a 14 day free trial, when ordered over the phone. Paid on 1/10/19, rec product on 1/15/19, they took 88.36 out of my account on 1/24. Arizona

Bella Radiance Becky #443 Phone # 8778000307 On 10 /29/2018 $4.97 and $4.97 Was asked if I wanted 2 trials. Was deducted from my debit account for a trial facial cream On Sunday 11/11/2018 $88 and $89 was deducted from my debit account without my permission . I tried to get my bank involved the 12 of November 2018 and they cancelled my card to prevent continued monthly withdrawals I called the company and talked to Becky #443 with Bella Radiance, they calmed 11 days had gone by and my trial was over and couldn't get my money back even thou I requested to send the product unopened. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM !! Nowhere in the ad was there a time period for the trial BLAKE SHELTONS WIFE IS THE SPOKESPERSON FOR THEM Internet

Billed under another name, didn't know what it was 2x89.00. Filed complaine so I was Blacklisted No refund and Can't return product even tho it was less that 30 day time period! Phoenix Arizona

Bella radiance I saw a advertisement for this product to try it just pay shipping so i paid 4.97 twice for the moisture and the eye cream. It said nothing about a trial or paying more later. They just charged me 88.97 to my checking account through my debit card and i called to get a refund cause i didnt approve it and didnt want it i even said i would send the stuff back and they refused to send me back my money. They said i approved it when i paid the shipment. They did it to me without my permission and i want my money back. White pigeon Michigan
