Ben Franklin Plumbing OVERCHARGED Tampa, Florida

I called Ben Franklin Plumbing because I used them 2 years before. After having the bathtub and toilet overflow into the home, I called Ben Franklin again. They responded very quickly, within 3 hours. The tech made an assessment and quoted $412.00 for a clean out service. The job was performed in 3 hours with success. HOWEVER, thinking that the job price was excessive, I called two other plumbing services in Tampa the next day with the following quotes. Alvarez Plumbing said that they would charge between minimum $89.00 to a maximum of $189.00 depending on the time at the job. Gonzalez Plumbling quoted $95.00 for the 1st hour and $85.00 for the second hour and a $35.00 mechanical rotor fee, maximum. Ben Franklin took advantage of me and my situation.
