Ben Hur Moving And Storage Compleaty Unprofessional! Van Nuys, California

This was by far the most HORRIBLE experiance I have ever had moving! The men then sent to take care of my move were very unprofessional and very rude. I am a soldier on deployment in Iraq and I just bought a house for my wife in tx. I got ahold of a company called we haul moving and they refered me to this company. I set up the move about two months in advance and the movers showed up 2days later then we aggreed! They refused to pull into our yard (charging us an extra fee for parking so far away) even tho there was plenty of room for a "professional" driver to pull in. I myself have backed in a large 5th wheel trailer with out any problums. When they got there they were extreamly rude to my wife, left garbage in the street, in my mother in laws house and yard. They also broke a few of my newborn baby sons toys and tryed to tell my wife all she needs to do is put a couple of screws in it. I had it set up for them to pick up my wifes thing in ca then on there way stop in las vegas and pick up my stuff out of a storage shed. they told my wife they had no idea about the second stop and reffused to pick it up. from there just when i thought that nothing else could have possibliy gone wrong they told my wife they couldent take everything because they did not have room!

When they were finally on there way, they ended up driving right past my home in central tx and went to housten (about 4-5 hours away). They called my wife and told her that the lady they were droping off to was not there and they would have to wait an additional 4 days before bringing her stuff to her. 5 days later they finally showed up and it was the same story all over again. They were extreamy rude to my wife, left trash everywhere, when my wife asked them a question they would answer in spanish (they only spoke english to my wife when it came time to pay! or tell her they were going to be late) the two movers got into a physical altercation right infront of my wife and son and to top everything off she let one of them use our rest room and the man pissed all over the seat and floor and left it there. When it was all said and done they ended up charging my wife an extra $260 and left with some of our stuff still on their truck. when my wife called them back they told her they would drop it off later. so now my son has mo matress for his crib untill this "professional" moving company comes back!

I know its a long story I just wanted to make sure that people are warned about this company it is the worse mistake i have ever made! Please dont make the same mistake!
