Kevin handled my attempt at Chapter 13 and then finalized with Chapter 7. Cost tripled doing this.  He talks very fast and doesn't listen well.  He takes weeks to return phone calls.  One time I had to call his colleague, the mortgage broker who referred him, to ask if he was still around.  He dragged my case for almost 2 years insisting I file then not following through.  He once asked me if we filed yet?   Isn't he supposed to tell me if he filed or not.  

He once sent an underling who could not answer questions and thus delayed another month.  He had me send documents over and over. These were not updated they were the same collection notices I recieved at the beginning.  I didn't continue recieving them because he actually did advise those companies he was representing me.  (one item followed through).  

His wife or girlfriend at the time, worked similarly.  She once  inadvertently sent me an email string critisizing me because I was insistent due to their continued dereliction.
