Bennett & Gray, LLC 888-4089549 UTUS never received service paid for Internet

On 4/8/13 I purchased services from Bennett & Gray to file all needed information of mine to received a replacement social security card. I used my credit card on line and paid $34.00. With in a few weeks I received an email from the company of a semi pre filled out form I completed and re submitted. Once submitted it confirmed I would receive my social security with in 6-8 weeks. Ive tried contacting the company numerous time by phone leaving multipal messages and by website which wouldnt allow me to log in. I am concerned about my personal information I provided to them and the money I spend. I would like to be sure my information is not out there for everyone else and to receive the $34.00 I spent back so I can go to the social security office personally to replace my card. Thank you,
