Of course the DTI is also legally obliged to act on complaints and investigate them. They therefore must be allowed to gather evidence -that's what "investigate" means. Nothing that your e-mails contain gives any REAL information and is simply fact-finding.

There is quite obviously an attempt being made by Berger to hide legitimate grievances aired earlier on this site by discrediting the sources. There's a laugh for us all!!!

Are you trying to muddy the water? Help us all to forget who the possible scammers are and who the victims are maybe? Do you work for them too like Buchanan and the author in Edinburgh by any chance "jason"? Or were you answering the Private Eye add for some legitimate reason? None that is obvious from what you have told us so far.

Next you will tell us that you are a perfectly satisfied customer or a contented employee!

Bob should beware of advising people to search the web as Berger have clearly paid to get their own web site to the top of the list with the big search engines.
