Berkeley Nutraceuticals Giant Ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

I recently ordered a free sample from this company, paying only a $4.50 shipping fee. I failed to read the entire paragraph after the free statement. It says that you are automatically enrolled in their Managed Care Program and will be billed $70.00 to be a part of this program.

I called the customer service number 1-866-834-1715 to have this $70.00 removed from my bank statement. I was told that no way would I recieve a refund, I was told that I was careless in not reading the entire web page. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the same thing, I then asked to speak with his boss, a Director is what his title is called. I was told that the director does not speak with customers. Is this person so above everyone else that he cannot speak with customers? I was told yes. I was then hung up on, HOW RUDE!!!!

DO NOT order products from this company, the products are trash and do not work.
