Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals - avlimil ripoff my bank account for $70 for a membership I told them I didn't want!!! Cincinatti Ohio

I accepted a free TV offer and paid for shipping and handling for avlimil. I received 2 additional boxes that I had already told the call line I didn't want when I called for my free sample. My bank account was charged $70 for avlimil I didn't order.

I called the distributer customer care line at Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals (makers of avlimil) and they told me I had a membership (I didn't want that either). I told them to cancel it and I would return the product for my refund. They said they could not accept the return nor refund my money. I asked to speak with a manager or someone higher up and was told that there Was No One higher up that I could speak with. They were sorry, but I was still out the money for something I didn't want or order.
