Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff charge without consent Cincinnati Ohio

I ordered free samples in July for avlamil and altovis. Payed $4.99 for each for "rush delivery", it took almost 2 weeks. They I turn around and got billed $70 each for more pills that I didn't order. When I called them they said it stated on the web site when I ordered that I would be put into their "perffered costumer" and automatically billed for refills. I had read the entire order form and there was nothing about this. And magically right after they billed me they canceled the perffered costomer and there was no proof that they said they were going to bill me. And to top that off the return policy was changed for all orders prior to Aug 18th, they billed me Aug 16th. I called my bank and told them the order was not authorized and they are trying to handle it now. I guess all I can do is hope I get my money back. I recieved the pills that I didn't order today and on the package it says "This is a consumable product-please do not return to sender."

And gives me the phone number where they run you around.
