Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

This company uses misleading advertising. When signing up for a "free" sample, you are led to believe that all you are paying for is the postage for a "free 30 day trial". After about 18 days, my credit card is billed for $70 for the next month's supply. When I called the company to complain, they said I had not cancelled my "order", which I did not know I had placed by signing up for the "free" sample. I told them I would be sending it back and they replied that they would not accept it. I sent it back anyway and when I reported it to my credit card company, they said their instructions from this company were that they could not issue a credit since I did not have a postal receipt. Once again, I am trapped in the middle. I will continue to tell others that this is a misleading marketing scheme and I see by this website that others have been duped by this scheme. I am urging others to not participate in this "free sample" scheme.
