Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff dishonest billing and fraudulent "money back guarantee" policy Cincinnati Ohio

I responded to a TV add for a "free" sample of a product called Suvaril to help with weight loss. I visited the website and gave them my personal information. I was to be charged for the shipping costs only, $4.90. The product did not work for me and I did not purchase any additional product.

However, I received a 60 day supply in the mail on Sept. 8 and my bank account (used for the "shipping" charges only) was debited $70. I called the customer service number and was directed to the website where I cancelled any further shipments. I called back to the "customer service" number to request a refund of my money but they explained to me that I would have had to cancel by Sept. 1 to get a refund and that this had been fully explained on the website and on the back of the box that the product came in.

Essentially, they would not honor their money back guarantee because I did not meet a deadline that I was not even aware of. I have been rip-off for $70 and now have a product that I cannot use, that does not work for me.
