Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticalsn ripoff Membership was cancelled, with a confirmation number 2 weeks before the next scheduled shipment and now there is no way to get in contact with them. Cincinnati Ohio

I saw Berkeley's advertisement on TV and decided to place an order over the Internet for free sample, with a $4.95 shipping charge. I gave them my Debit card and tried the product for 2 weeks and cancelled 8-9-04. They gave me a confirmation number and did not think about it anymore.

My checking account was debited for $70.00 after I had cancelled and they shipped the product.

I tried calling them by phone and they leave you on hold forever. I never got through to a Customer Service Representative. So I have now sent an e-mail.

If you go to their website, they can't be contacted. Now I feel like I am going to have to cancel my Debit card so they can no longer charge my checking account.
