Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals ripoff, deceptive advertising practices, free order turns into automatic orders, charged me for items I did not order. Cincinnati Ohio

Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals uses a very deceptive advertising practices to ripp-off consumers. Their free sample advertisement on T.V., where one has to pay only shipping turns into automatic orders, they will charge your credit card without your authorization and then will refuse to refund your money.

They will lie and tell you that you had agreed to a bi-monthly program which according to them was explain in the web site when you placed the order for the so called "free sample" and in a piece of paper in the package containing the "free sample". Of course this is false, there was no mention of the bi-monthly program in the web site nor in the package with the "free sample".

I had to cancel my Bank of America credit card to stop this fraud. Now I have one more problem because I was suppoused to have on my credit card "TOTAL SECURITY PROTECTION", that is the way how Bank of America advertise their credit cards (and I took it for that reason), they tell you that you are not liable for fraudulent nor unauthorized charges. Well when I call them to dispute this charge I found out very quickly that they will try very hard to make you accept responsability for the unauthorized transaction. This is a nigthmare!!!
