Due to the nature of my order, I was forced to use a different component company than normal. I've been making clubs for years now and have seen this company's webpage several times as I look for new component models.

I found what I was looking for at this site, placed my order, received my order confirmation email and then sat and waited, and waited, and waited!! Finally I decided to email to inquire about my order, request a tracking number and asked them to update me on my order's progress.... NO RESPONSE. I then called, left a message... NO RESPONSE. I emailed a few more times and then tried calling a few more times only to reach voice mailboxes that were full!! My credit card was not charge, but I'm nervous to place this order with another company out of the fear that my card will be charged and then it would be impossible to return the merchandise (that is if they every shippped it!!!).

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from ANY component dealer on the internet. I will NEVER use or recommend this site to anyone!

If someone knows how to cancel an order from a company that doesn't return phone calls or emails, please advise!

FINALLY........a response from BBGS!

I finally received confirmation that BBGS actually acknowledged my order. I received the following email from them:

"Chris, we cancelled it as of yesterday, per your request, thanks.
Thank you for visiting and letting us serve you

Steve Wilcox
Production Manager"

Although I do appreciate the email, I think it's a stretch to insinuate that they actually "served" me!!! I'm still trying to figure out what service they provided.

New order...........different company!!

I placed a new order with the company I normally do business with and within 12 hours my order was processed and shipped. I was also provided a tracking number. My order cost a few bucks more, but it's definitely worth not having to deal with non-responsive merchants like Best Buy Golf Supply. Lesson learned here.

I filed a separate report. I was finally able to get a response via e-mail when I told them I was filing this report on ripoffreport.com. They informed me that my order had been canceled prior to my 5th request to cancel. They, however, never bothered to inform me it was canceled.

Since then, I have ordered my shaft and received it within two days from a different component dealer.
