best buy golf supply I wish I had read this site prior to ordering from this Best buy golf supply. What a piece of work! Orangevale, California

Wow I see a trend in this company.  Everyone of these complaints mirror the one I am having.  I don't understand why this company is still in business.  If I could get them on the phone I'd cancel my order.  My fault for trying to say 5 bucks!

Here's my Christmas Story...
I placed my order over the web as I could not get anyone to answer the phone (My first clue).  As this was a Christmas gift I wanted to make sure the putter head made it to me on time.  I placed my order on 12/14/09 using their simple online ordering system.  Their processing and shipping time reflected 7 total days to arrive at my door.  After 3 days I had received no shipping email (My second clue).  After 3 emails, 30 attempted phone calls and 1 "CALL ME" fax I received a call.  Just so happens I was on another call when "he" called me.  Third clue, the male person that responded to my call said that they accept over 300 orders a day and have no time to respond.  He was argumentative and said that somehow my order was being processed as a full putter and not just the head.  Clue four, No talk about when the order was going to ship just him venting.  Today is the 24th and after 2 more emails this morning I still have not been contacted.  This just shows you that store fronts are here to stay and shame on me for trying to save 5 bucks!  Guess my Father will get an I.O.U.
