I recently purchase two custom sets of clubs that I saw advertised on their webpage. Before I order I call and talk to them about shipping process because I heard so many bad thing about company not sending right products and/or in time to their customers. I take to whom ever answer the phone and he assure me that I will get my order within 3-9 business day. I was really happy that the person on the phone was so sure of everything he said and always said they been in business for 15 years and have the best clubs at the best price. He told me I have to order online with a credit card because they don't accept phone order anymore. On May 10, 2009 I put a order in for two sets of club that cost about $600 dollar. The next day I got a comfirmation number and thank you email from them. So far everything has gone really well because they also sent me a email if I have any question or not sure if I get my order right I need to sent them correction right away. I check everything and it was correct. I waiting for three week and didn't see anything. I try to call but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I email them everyday the third week and didn't get any reply. On May 28, 2009 I finally got a hold of someone and talk to him. I ask why it is take so long for my order to come in. He told me that they been in business for 15 years and do I know how busy they are. I reply to him saying on there website it said is only 3-9 business day and I also talk to someone there and they said the same thing. He than start by asking me my nationality and where I came from. I told him that is not his concern. He told me that in the United States they are too busy and don't have time to get my order out right away. He also said he don't know where I came from but in the U.S. they are not like us. I got offended so I told him I live in the U.S. and my job is a customer services too and I don't ever said crap like that to my customer. He replied by threating to cancel my order and I replied by saying as long as I don't get any restock charge. He than told me that he just waiting for two driver to get here on 6/2/2009 and he will ship out right away and be here on 6/5/2009. I told him that he need to stop shouting and as customer I just want to find out where is my order that is all. He also told me that I need to email them only and not called. I told him I been emailing everything for a week but didn't get any answer back. He told me that I lie to him I probably never even email them. I told him have he check their email system and he told me they are too busy too look at their email. We stop talking but I think he is full of s**t because they probably don't even have anything they advertise about. I decided to give BBGS one more chance and way for two more week. On 6/17/2009 I didn't get my clubs after more than a month. I try to called early before going to work and couldn't get a hold of anyone. I ask my wife to call and find out what is going on. She call and the man on the line told her that they still didn't have our clubs. She ask them why take so long. He goes right back to saying they been in business for 15 years and no one call and complaint about how long it takes to get their order in. He said he knew exactly who my wife is and he said we are the asian people who keep calling about our orders. My wife respond by saying of course because its been more than a month and it was suppose to a gift 3 weeks ago. He than threat my wife that he going to cancel our order. My wife said please do so we could buy it from someone else who treat their customer better. He start shouting at my wife and then hung up. We have file a complaint to BBB of California. I hope they remove his his a*s and his business. They probably don't even have any golf clubs. This guy is just a lier so don't wast any money on them. I hope his a*s is rotten in hell, no matter of fact rotten where ever he is right now.
