Best Buy Golf Supply More Like Worst Buy Golf ripoff Orangevale California

I have been building golf clubs for 15 years and I have never run across an online golf supply store as bad as Best Buy Golf. As a matter of fact, I haven't run across any online store selling any product as bad as Best Buy Golf.

My order was incorrect and did not contain a packing slip, order form, invoice, customer number or anything else. Calls and emails for return authorization where ignored. Finally after persistently calling for several days, I got hold of Ken, who seems to be the only employee. He reluctantly gave me a return number and then promptly hung up on me.

I returned two incorrect heads and received two other ones. One was correct, one was not. Furthermore, I did not receive the adjustable weights or the unique wrench that comes with them, so the heads are useless. No response to email about the missing parts. Again, no paperwork at all as requested a second time. He also did not adjust the bill for cost of shipping back the wrong heads as requested.

More calls and emails. NO RESPONSE

Best Buy Golf is an unethical RIPOFF business. I will also report this company to the state attorney general's office and better business bureau.

A warning to the wise - Do not do business with this company.
