I wrote the previous report on the August 18, 2006 order. I finally had contact today by hitting zero. The individual who answered would not give his name (like a chicken s***) and told me they more than enough orderes and for me to cancel. Let me remind you that I was a paying customer, someone who provided income for this individual. he told me to cancel the order, he didn't need customers.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with by far. There is no question an idiot runs this place who feels that he has a right to business. If you ever want to actually see your clubs or know what you were charged, order through someone else. You can gonline using google and find many places where the price is either better or very close who will actually fufill their promise. Remember, I didn't ask for special serve, JUST THAT THEY HONOR THE BUSINESS TRANSACTION, WHICH THEY DID NOT DO.

My advice, don't waste your time on trash, and this individual treats customers like trash. Whoever Best Buy Golf is, they do not deserve to be in business, they give business and online ordering a bad reputation. Such a shame they lack integrity.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do our very best to meet the needs of our demand. Unfortunately most of our products are imported from overseas and we are at the mercy of the foundries. It must great to get on here and say the things you say when you have no idea of what went on in a persons life. All the best to you.

I emailed three times to cancel my order, they never emailed back. I found out by logging on to their website and saw my order cancelled. I called a new company and placed my order. I received a tracking number and the club is set for delivery tomorrow. Granted, this company is located within my state.

Here is the best part, after my horrible conversation with whoever at BBGS, I actually dealt with a company that answered emails after I ordered. They actually provided customer service. They answered their phone, sent a confirmation, then sent it out FEDEX and sent me an email to inform me. Oh my God BBGS, they actually did what they said. I am sure you are shocked that such service exists.

BBGS also lied about saying that my order was shipped, I have a funny feeling that they are also lying about busy they are and how many customers they have. Basically they are full of BS. Hopefully people will read this and not get caught in the scam I got caught in
