I placed an order for over $300 worth of golf clubs with this company two weeks ago. I tried to call the company and ask about my order, but the number listed on the website directed me to send a email. I have sent numerous emails to their sales department, customer service and order status departments over the last 10 days and have not received a response.
I selected this company because they claim to have a price match guarantee and very quick shipping. I can't figure out how you could ever use the price match guarantee because they don't believe in customer service. This company showed up on my first google search, so buyer beware.
I tried to cancel my order, but I can't get anyone to respond to my emails.

Dear Valued Customer, First I would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused you or your family. I feel terrible for not responding earlier and staying on top of any issues that arose that should have been handled in a professional manner. We have been having supplier problems since 2004 as we distributed products for many different manufacturers. We should have communicated better with you and for that i am very sorry we did not. We were growing so quickly we did not have the man power to take care of everything the way it should have been which is my fault i should have brought on more help. Received first e-mail back today claiming my clubs are on there way. If they were shipped today I apoligize in advance. I would recommend at least an auto-answer on emails to let customer know that you received their emails.
