Best Buy Golf Supply Order 5005 Totally Ignored Ripoff Orangevale California

Unfortunately I did not know of this website before placing a hefty order with Best Buy Golf Supply. I run a clubmaking business and was drawn by their prices and promise of quick delivery. I did read their FAQ's regarding availability of components but since I have successfully received identical components quickly from other vendors, did not worry.

10 days after placing my order I wrote emails to the proper source within their company - no response. I wrote a much more threatening order and received notice that they were waiting on a driver head and would ship in 1-2 days. When no notice of shipping was received, I immediately cancelled the order and have ordered and received the components from another vendor.

Reading the customer rebuttals by the principals of the company convinced me of the fraudelent nature of these people since EVERY other vendor in the United States was able to ship same day on the exact same products. I am sending copies of this report to several national consumer protective agencies... known for their tenacious desire to litigate.

If one penny is charged to my credit card, My Attorney will file a lawsuit in Sacramento that very day.
This company would be well-advised to pull it's website. I cannot imagine anyone receiving satisfactory products from them.
