Ordered an assembled golf club (driver) on February 19th 2006 for $188.10, which on the website states assembled products ship 1 to 3 days after order is received.
It is now March 28th 2007 and after 4 emails and 38 days, still no sign of a golf club. I have received 3 emails in return from Best Buy Golf Supply stating in order, 1)we are inundated with orders right now, 2)we are waiting for the shaft, 3)we have the order and we will be shipping right away and lastly 4)no response to my last email. I guess they are tired of making excuses or can not think of any more. Just tell me the truth or refund my money like any reputable company would.
On their website they state refer a friend and get a 5% discount. Here's my referal, don't order a club or clubs from Best Buy Golf Supply and save yourself 100% and a lot of time and aggravation.
Lastly on their contact page it says call them at 877-209-6381. When you call, the message says if this call is about an order shipment please email. Here we go again.

Kristy, First off you were never charged until the product was shipped. Half our complaints are competitors...See this site has zero credability due to the fact any one and everyone can anything about anybody.
My attorney has been on here and is seeking legal action on people life yourself that really do know anything about this company. We have processed over 187,000 orders so our complaints to our volume is nothing.
No company is perfect but we sure try to be. We do everything in our power to keep up with the demand. I am sorry if you have been inconvenienced and i am also sorry that you have to be so negative towards us when you do not even know us...
From your email it looks like you only care about yourself and not thinking that other people work here and have families and children. We work very hard but i guess this is the thanks you receive from people. Sometimes it is just so sad how people are.....

I have read dozens of complaints on best buy golf supply in this group.. and their is good news & bad news for you.
The good news is you will indeed recieve the item that you paid for and what and many customers say the quality is quite good and they are happy with the product.
The Bad news is that the item will probably be delivered in about 3-4 months from the date the order was purchased.. when you try to complain to Ken (CEO of the company ran out of his home) he will explain to you that it is NOT his fault.. he blames the manufactures in China for not keeping up with production.
when the owner needs to learn is that he cannot sell a product he does NOT have physcially in stock to dozens of customers then use that $$ to place an order with the manufacture. or he needs to update his website to say .. we have NO products instock.. you are placing a pre-order for items. and they will be delivered in 8-12 weeks..
I would be filing for a fraud report with your credit card company before the 45day time limit. it's now time to shut this company down by filing complaints with his local attorney general's office to have the business license revoked and the U.S. Postal service for mail fraud. if everyone who file a complaint on this site did this they would have to take action.

talk is cheap.. actions speak lounder then words.. update your website to say shipping takes 8-12 weeks. or do NOT charge people's credit cards until the items actually ship.
