I ordered a set of golf clubs for my son's birthday on the 4th of April. Knowing that parts often needed to be ordered, I confirmed an arrival date before I Placed the order. After the arrival date had passed, I called to find out what was going on? A young man got on the phone and said, "It is ridiculous that people like" call here asking about their orders. After being attacked the young man promised that the clubs would be in the mail the following Monday. After that promise was also broken, I called (Never got a perosn on the phone) and e-mailed several times cancelling my order. They ignored my request, took my money and sent the clubs. I had already purchased the same set for a slightly higher price, but was treated with dignity and respect in ordering. This business is the definition of internet scam. Think twice before ordering to save $20 dollars on a set of clubs through this company. The same information that I have written here had previously been written to Steve Wilcox, Production Manager. He still refuses to contact me.

We are sorry for the heart we caused and apologize. We are a fairly young company that grew very rapidly. We are a direct importer and the foundries could not keep up with production. We have now retified all the problems and this will not happen ever again. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience. If we can do anything in the future please do let us fix this.
