I purchased some SVHG irons from Best Buy Golf Supply online and received them very quickly. I really enjoyed them and didn't have any problems until the faces started to concave on the 3, 4, and 5 irons. I called in to the company and the service rep told me to send them in and they will replace them. I only had to pay shipping. I was a little upset that I had to pay shipping for defective merchandise but I sent them anyway. They were sent over a month ago and received over a month ago (I certified the package so I could check when it arrives.) I have called 3-10 times a day to talk with someone yet no one answers the phone. I have sent 3 emails yet no one has returned my message. I have even threatened with legal action.

To this day, I still can't get a hold of anyone and I am getting more and more frustrated. Reading the rebuttals of posts on this site are kind of funny. It seems like they have an excuse for everything. Car accidents, firing of poor managers, etc. Good customer service is SERVING THE CUSTOMER. THey don't serve the customer and then they blame something else for it. I want my clubs back, my money back, and I want a different set of new clubs so I won't have to worry about this again if my clubs are defective again. I can't wait to see a rebuttal from the company so I know there are actually humans working there. P.S. Try responding to your customer's emails and voicemails...that would be customer service.

PROBLEM RESOLVED!!!!!

After quite a few attempts at getting in touch with Best Buy Golf Supply, I finally received a phone call from a very apologetic Ken. He was very polite and apologized numerous times. He stated there was a death in the family and he was sorry he hasn't contacted me sooner. Along with my 3-5 irons having defective faces, I had lost the 6 iron and requested him to send me another one at my expense when I first sent them back. Ken had replaced the 3-5 irons and also included a 6 iron for free, because of the long wait. The only charge to me was shipping. He forgot to send me an email with the shipping information but after I emailed him reminding him about it, he sent one to me immediately and I received the clubs 2 days later. Overall, I am happy that this situation is resolved and I think that Best Buy Golf Supply has made me feel a lot more easy about doing business with them. I hope everyone gets their problems resolved as I did.
