Do NOT do business with Best Buy Golf Supply.

Best Buy Golf Supply is all set up with a slick website, promoting their products and their EXCELLENT customer service, when in fact they are set up to take your money, and not deliver on product and customer service.

Call their number they have a recording, "We have been inundated with so many orders that you will have to email us at orderstatus@bestbuygolfsupply.com to inquire about your order", if you do that, they will never get back to you. If you act like you are interested in placing an order at sales@bestbuygolfsupply.com they will get right back to you because they haven't got your money yet.

Once these thieves have your money, they could not care less about you. These thieves should be in jail and if they were close enough, I'd be on their doorstep to give them an attitude adjustment.

Businesses should not treat customers this way and I will do my best via the internet and all the resources it provides to warn consumers about the shady business practices at Best Buy Golf Supply.

I will be in contact with legal authorities in California and in Orangeville, CA, I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau and with the local news stations and consumer advocates in their area. They will not treat customers in this manner and get away with it.

Do NOT do business with Best Buy Golf Supply.

We are sorry we do our very best to keep up with the demand of our products. All our products are imported from overseas. We have worked very hard with the overseas foundries and our service to make every customer is taken care of right away.

YOU DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONES AND EMAILS EITHER!!!! unless it is to accept a NEW order.

That is irresponsible and reaks of rip off if you are on the customer end of the transaction, you would feel the exact same way if you were trying to give some business your hard earned dollars.

Fix the situation, answer the phones and emails, sure, you might have to pay somebody to do it but it needs to be done, otherwise anybody that tries to get in touch with you and can't will feel that they have been RIPPED OFF!

WE ARE SORRY FOR THE INVCONVENIENCE. I SURE WISH YOU GUYS WOULD READ THE FAQ PAGE. ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME FROM OVERSEAS FOUNDRIES. WE SELL TONS OF CLUBS AND SOMETIMES RUN OUT OF STOCK ON A PRODUCT. WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THE GOLF FOUNDRIES. THIS FOLLOWS ALSO WITH THE SHAFT AND GRIP MANUFACTURERS. WE DO OUR ABSOLUTE VERY BEST WITH THE DEMAND THAT IS PUT ON US. WE PUT AS MUCH PRESSURE ON THE FOUNDRIES AS ON US AND THEY ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN. ONCE AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR BEING OUT OF STOCK ON YOUR PRODUCT.
