Do not buy from this site..... I made the mistake of ordering 3 movies online and they sent me 2 movies that had nothing to do with the order or the shipping ticket. After trying unsucessfully to contact their BS 800 number I went to the store and they refused to return the shipping cost. Even though they only shipped two items instead of 3 and even though I ordered 3 comedies and they sent me kids movies instead. Then they noted that those items weren't in stock. So instead of canceling the order they just sent what ever they felt like it.

Also note on all their forms they tell you to call 888-bestbuy but on the menu there's no selection for customer returns or customer service. They only have options when they want to take your money.

THESE PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF SNAKES IN THE GRASS.....

and their customer service sucks....
