 I took out a loan a couple years ago with this company because of an emergency. I have since then been rolling over the loan unable to catch up. I have always paid on time and never had a problem paying in the years I've been with them. I've paid thousands and thousands in interest to this company. I am a mother of 4 and came into an emergency where I was unable to make the $523 biweekly payment anymore. My kids father passed and I'm financially strapped trying to care for hear children alone. I went to the company begging for help. They only allowed me to take a couple hundred dollars off a $1750 loan that has been rolling over. They want to charge me $2000 in interest and make a weekly payment of 167.00 for the next year to pay it off. I have never seen such greed from a company refusing to work with a long time customer when they run into financial difficulty. A multi billion dollar industry who makes money ripping people off. Not willing to even cut down some interest to allowe me to make affordable payments so I can feed my children. I owe them over $3600 now for a $1759 loan and have no idea how I'm going to make his payment. They practice illegally and do not follow the florida laws. I wil now be sent to collections after giving gem at least $20,000.00 over the years in interest because they are unwilling to work with me over a one time emergency. Unbelievable.
