I ordered a 4 wheeler for my 7 yr old son. He helped pick it out and chose the color "rose camo" based on a picture he saw. It appeared to be camouflage to me, my son, and my father-in-law.
When we received the 4 wheeler it is a very obvious pink and purple. A little girl would LOVE it. I tried contacting BestPriceATVS and I have been left on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time. I have left 2 messages which have yet to be returned. I have been transferred multiple times just to be told someone would call me back and they haven't. All I've asked is if they have decals or something to cover the fenders. No one seems concerned and they aren't trying to make sure I'm a satisfied customer even though their website claims they have professional sales representatives VERY willing to help.

I was actually able to speak to a helpful representative at BestPricesATVs.com on 4-4-07. I finally got my questions answered. I did feel insulted at one point when the nice girl advised me "we don't have people just sitting around changing our website" when I told her the color I saw online was different from what I received, yet the model that I ordered 2 weeks ago is no longer on the website. Then she informed me they aren't allowed to ship anything right now because their license has expired.
Very interesting twist to the story, huh? I advised her in that case they want to keep their customers happy since it seems they're already having trouble. BE AWARE!

Again, there's a reason all these fly-by-night ATVs are so cheap compared to quality, brand name units. You are sacrificing something at the risk of not spending X amount more money. Wait 'til you need the thing fixed. I'm going through nightmares now with a different company but Chinese made also and I just repair them-I don't sell them.
