Early March I was searching for mortgage leads on the internet and filled out several online forms from different landing pages for companies selling mortgage leads and bankruptcy leads. I filled out 8-9

different pages and it turns out they are all owned by Best Rate Referrala. The head criminal there is Raymond Bartreau and his slackies name is Brian Fitzgerald. They are the masterminds behind this entire scam. They advertise all over the internet as to be originators of data but in fact they scam people into sending them their data. Their trick is to get you to send them a suppression list which is all your data which in turn they sell it to other companies.

Its a scam to get more data for free. So in essence you are providing free data to them so they can resell it to new clients. Dont be fooled by their many multiple names and fake web pages. If you get a call from a slacky named Brian Fitzgerald or the head criminal Raymond Bartreau immediately hang up and call the Las Vegas police department fraud unit at 702-828-3285 or the Nevada Attorney General, the FTC, the FBI and SEC.

Dont let these scammers continue to steal money and leads from innocient consumers.
