I was trying to find a tenant for my home and decided to use Best Rent Finders to manage my rental and do all the background on potential renters. I spoke to an agent named Jennifer and she asked me to lower my rent as compared to other properties around me, and I agreed. She then signed me to a 3 month contract and collected my money for the service. I never heard one thing from the company and my house continued to sit empty for the whole time. As far as I know they never showed the house to one person the whole time. I kept calling the company but could never reach Jennifer. After the 3 month period I called the company and spoke to someone named Sandy who told me that Jennifer had been fired two months prior and no one had contacted me or tried to fill my house. This Sandy lady told me that she didn't have any agents that were able to rent my house, so she kept my deposit money until she could find someone to put my house on the market. I have since found a tenant on my own and have rented the house out. The Best Rent Finders would still not return my money however. They have told me that the money was spent on them and that I would never receive a refund. I feel this is very unfair since they were not even actively trying to rent my house for the agreed period, and I can not get any kind of refund.

Two people have written rip off reports about Best Rent Finders. The Rip off Artists are the two consumers who are lying about their experience and try to extort money for which they are not owed. Its funny when uneducated people blame the world and not themselves when it comes to honoring their commitments. Sort like all these people walking away from their mortgages and letting their homes go into foreclosure. They claim they are victims when in reality they are just looking for someone to blame.
All I can say is Best Rent Finders of Las Vegas is the most honorable company I have ever worked with.

As a former employee of BEST RENT FINDERS, LLC I reviewed the comments Patricia wrote and they could not be further from the truth. The property was marketed; money spent to promote the property and even showed prospective tenants. Landlord of home was non-responsive and unreasonable. The company I worked for works very hard at what they do and do a great job. When the Real Estate Market gets tight people want to blame others. I suggest Patricia grow up and learn how to take responsibility. Would not be surprised if house is in foreclosure.
