Bethea Jenner Charged my Chase credit card Milford Connecticut

I ordered a power of bracelet from Bethea Jenner and I decided to returned after a few days. In fact, that I wasn't even use the bracelet and she said if am not satisfied I can return the bracelet and she will refund my money back. I returned the bracelet in the mail, with receipt just to be sure she gets it. I emailed her and contacted her personal secretary about the details. And I told her that the reason I returned the bracelet because I changed my mind of keeping it. But in their policy was said I can returned the bracelet anytime if I don't like or satisfied with it. But I tried to emailed them not to charged my chase credit card but they still did charged me of $24.95 twice. The whole amount is $106.75 and now, that they'd never respond me with regards to my request not to charged my credit cards and am sure they gonna do this again to cover up the $106.75 dollars which wasn't very nice of them. I tried to emailed them back again and asking from her not to charged me but they never replied my email back. I hope that in this kind of situation, I will get my money back.
