Product was ordered on July 7, 2009. Shortly thereafter the kit was sent to obtain the blood sample. Once the blood sample collected, it was sent back in the appropriate envelope. After two months of not receiving my results, we attempted ti contact the company by phone Multiple times with no answer and no response. In addition to attempts by phone, we sent three emails with no response.
