This company is a total rip off.  They advertise that they will perform a food allergy test for $379.  I ordered it online and received an email saying that my credit card number was incorrect and to submit the correct number through Google Checkout (don't do that!).  I re-submitted the order through Google Checkout.  This was done and my credit card was charged $379 on 11/24/09.  A couple of weeks went by and I didn't receive anything, so I sent them an email.  On 12/7/09, I finally received the test kit which is a fingerprick blood sample kit.  It has some instructions on how to do it and also includes some paperwork to fill out and send back.  I completed the sample and sent it back to them on 12/8/09.  I sent it registered mail and they picked it up on 12/14/09.  To this date, I have heard nothing from them.  I began contacting them on 12/22/09 to check on the status of the test.  I have sent them five emails and have called three different phone numbers.  I have called them five times.  Each time I get an answering machine.  No one returns the phone calls and no one responds to the emails.  Today I placed a dispute on my credit card.  I also contacted the Florida Attorney General's Office.  What this company is doing is criminal.  As soon as I finish this report, I'm going to submit a report to the US Attorney General.  I believe the federal level will be very interested in pursuing this crime since it crosses state lines, involves internet fraud, and last and most important, it involves health care which is the President's pet project.  These people belong in prison.
