I placed bets with them for a period of a few months. Everything was fine up until April 8, 2013 when I asked for a payout, because of a winning bet. As soon as I placed my request there appeared a message saying that there was a new option for payouts and that I should call them and find out about it. After sending them an e-mail noting that they should inform about such decisions when they were put into effect I called them.
They said that in order to get the $150 I asked (there were $250 in my account plus $20 (twenty) in bonuses ), I had to first deposit with them something like $400. And that (I was then too infuriated to remember now what they said exactly) this was my obligation since I accepted the bonuses they offered when I made my deposits during the previous months! It is true that they paid me during the period that my deposits were $50 or less. They argue though that because subsequently I sent higher deposits that carried a bonus I am not entitled to withdraw even my own money (i.e. without any bonuses)!

Depositing through a Moneybookers account would have been recommended if you had contacted us before making your first deposit as a Moneybookers/skril account is how we payout to our international customers. When depositing through a moneybookers/skril account we require no documentation before payouts, however since you deposited with a Visa, we do need the following documentation:
- copy, front and back of credit / debit card ending ...
- copy, front only of your drivers license or State ID. ID needs to have your signature. Passport (first 2 pages is fine)

You also have $409 in rollover to complete before a payout can be processed. This rollover comes from the two 10% bonuses you accepted when depositing on line. Any time you take a bonus with your deposit, a rollover is incurred. The size of the rollover is determined by the % of bonus taken.
Rollover must be completed before a payout can be processed. Your rollover is calculated by adding the amount of your deposit with the bonus amount then times the rollover. Rollover is a required amount of cash action on certain bets that you must risk in the sportsbook before you can take a payout. The bets that count towards rollover are full game, cash bets on football, basketball, hockey, MMA/Boxing, golf and tennis majors, soccer and baseball.
Casino, Racebook, half, quarter, future and prop bets will not count towards the rollover and as per industry standard, all bets on baseball are counted as half action and footbal and basketball halfs do count. Please also keep in mind that the smaller amount between the risk and the win amount is applied to your Rollover.
Rollover starts when bonus is approved.

Would you please pay me $150 from my account? You may inform me about the new payout option through e-mail later. The telephone communication you suggest does not work for me. P.S. Shouldn't you notify me on the new payout option as soon as it came into effect rather than when I asked for a payout?
