DO NOT USE BETUS.COM It is an offshore scam and they will steal your money. I deposited 500 dollars, and received a 100 bonus. I bet all 600 dollars and won, and got up to 957 dollars. I tried to do a payout, but it said that my bonus criteria had not been met. So I called them, they told me that I had to wager 2400 dollars or 4 ROLLEVERS to receive my money. I told them to take away my bonus and winnings on the bonus and they said they couldn't do that.
They told me that when I signed up, I agreed to the terms and conditions. I looked throughout the entire website and there were no terms, conditions, rules, or anything else that said ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE to that. So I asked them for the link was on their website to give me those terms and conditions. Neither the guy on the phone, nor his supervisor knew where it was, and all they could say was, "You agreed to it when you signed up."
I've been reading a bunch of reports on this site not paying out. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. In fact, I'm done using all online gambling sites. They are all offshore and have no one regulating it.
I'm calling my credit card company to fight the charges. At this point, I know i'm not going to get paid my winnings.

I personally never take free play or bonuses because of rollovers. If people would ask what rollover means they would not be complaining.
I've been with betus for several years and am very happy with them,and find them to be very professional, and honest.
people need to ask questions when there are offers of free play bonus. they have the choice of using it or not. ignorance is no excuse to allow some people to complain.
